Getting Started: Your project will get underway almost immediately after you’ve made your initial payment. At that time you will be asked to schedule an over-the-phone appointment with your project manager.

Reviewing Your Needs: During your appointment you will have the opportunity to discuss all your needs and wishes for the components of your package. The more information you provide the better. Your project manager will ask a number of questions aimed at understanding your business and its goals. This is an important quality assurance process which allows us to deliver outstanding results.

Managing Your Project Online: Our packages include a number of components, and with each component having multiple concepts and revisions, you will need a simple way of staying on top of everything. We will provide you with an online account that lets you view the status of your entire project and keep in regular communication with your project manager.

Handling Your Revisions: Each of your design drafts will be posted to your online account for viewing. From there, our easy to use software allows you to mark-up your draft for revisions right on the screen. Special tools let you draw circles or squares, cross things out, or simply add comments right on the design. You can save these instructions and send them back to us instantly.

Approval and Completion: The online revision tool is also used to record your final approval. Once all of your print designs have been approved they will be sent directly to the print shop. Likewise, your web design will be posted live as soon as it has received final approval..

Delivery: Materials sent to print require two business days for turnaround and two to five business days for shipping. Copies of all electronic files will be delivered via e-mail in formats appropriate for print, web, and vector.

Q: How long will it take?

A: Packages are normally completed in two weeks for Bronze, three to four weeks for Silver, and four to five weeks for Gold. Add one week for printing and delivery. Completing your package in a timely fashion requires some active participation on your part. You should plan to log in to your account on a daily basis in order to stay on top of your revisions and approvals.

Q: I’m not very Internet savvy; will I have trouble using the online account and revision tools?

A: Logging into your account and managing your project is as easy to use as e-mail, and there’s a video tutorial explaining exactly how to view and mark-up your drafts online. If you are still uncomfortable with the idea, please contact us to ask about receiving hardcopy drafts through the mail.

Q: Are there any extra charges?

A: No. Everything is included. However, you can purchase extra concepts or revisions if you decide you want more. Our rate for all extra design work is $45 per hour.

Q: Do I retain ownership of the design work?

A: Yes, we believe the client should retain ownership of all designs created on their behalf. We do however reserve the right to display these designs on our website and other marketing materials.

A: Updates and maintenance allows you to request changes to your website. Most often this means editing text, updating pictures, or making other improvements to reflect the changes and growth in your business.
